Refund Policy
You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your Plyra purchase, even if you have already installed or used the software.
How to request a refund
Email support@cncly.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
You do not need to demonstrate a technical problem to request a refund within this period. The date you send your request determines whether it falls within the refund window.
Payment processing
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction.
After an initial purchase is refunded
The refunded license is revoked. Your rights to use Plyra and the designs supplied under that purchase end. You must stop using the software and those designs and uninstall the software covered by the refunded license.
Continued offline access does not extend these rights. Refunding a purchase does not remotely uninstall software or erase downloaded files.
Renewals
The same 7-calendar-day refund window applies to renewal purchases. A refunded renewal removes the entitlement to software updates and new designs granted by that renewal.
Your previous perpetual license and the software and design rights acquired before that renewal remain in place. You must stop using updates and designs for which the refunded renewal was your only entitlement.
After 7 days and your legal rights
Outside this 7-day policy, a discretionary refund is not guaranteed. Contact support if you have a problem with your purchase.
This voluntary refund policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content. It does not limit Lemon Squeezy's obligations or refund decisions under its applicable terms.
