End-User License Agreement

Proposed terms for using Plyra and its supplied designs.

1. Parties and scope

This agreement concerns the Plyra Windows application and supplied designs. Plyra and CNCly are product or trading names; this draft does not present them as an incorporated company.

2. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with the final agreement, you receive a non-exclusive perpetual license to use your eligible version on one authorized workstation. Ownership of the application is not transferred. Individuals, hobbyists and professionals may use it. Workstation transfers are handled on request through support and do not authorize additional simultaneous workstations.

3. Updates and renewal

The purchase includes 12 months of software updates and new Design Library releases. Renewal is optional. Expiry of that period does not remove rights in software and designs previously acquired under the license. See License & Updates for the offer and unresolved renewal details.

4. Your content and library designs

You retain rights in your original models and project content; using Plyra does not transfer them to us. You are responsible for permission to use imported content. Supplied designs remain owned by their respective rightsholders. The intended offer permits commercial fabrication of physical projects from eligible library designs.

5. Proposed restrictions

Except where applicable law or third-party licenses permit otherwise, you may not redistribute the application or license keys, bypass licensing protections, or remove proprietary notices. You must not use it unlawfully.

6. Activation and connectivity

Activation, downloads and connected license validation may use online services. Technical access after revocation, including offline access, does not restore rights in a refunded license.

7. Manufacturing checks and liability

Review geometry, dimensions, material allowances, folds and exported files before production. Verify CAM toolpaths and machine setup separately. Software output is not an engineering certification. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Refunds and termination

The Refund Policy governs voluntary refunds. An initial refund ends rights granted by that purchase. Refunding a renewal removes only the additional entitlements granted by it, not prior perpetual rights.

9. Third-party components

Applicable third-party license terms and notices are not overridden by this agreement.

10. Contact, changes and applicable law

Contact support with questions. Future revisions must specify an effective date and their treatment of existing customers. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
