1. Operator and scope

These terms concern the website and purchases; the EULA addresses software use. Plyra and CNCly are presentation names, not confirmation of an incorporated company.

To confirm before publication: Insert legal operator name, Moroccan service address, required registration details and effective date.

2. Product

Plyra is Windows software for ACP unfolding, nesting and layered DXF export. The offer includes one workstation and a perpetual license with 12 months of updates and new library releases. See License & Updates. External CAM prepares toolpaths and G-code; universal file, CAM or machine compatibility is not promised.

3. Pricing and checkout

Check the final currency, price, taxes and product details before payment. Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record; its Buyer Terms also govern the transaction. Optional renewal is separate from the initial purchase.

To confirm before publication: Verify the live checkout, launch-price conditions, taxes and renewal configuration. Do not claim automatic renewal unless offered and disclosed.

4. Digital delivery

Plyra is delivered digitally, not as a physical item. Contact support if purchase access or activation fails.

To confirm before publication: Test and document the delivery channel, expected timing, download and activation steps, EULA acceptance and legally required digital-content disclosures.

5. Compatibility

Plyra requires Windows. Check confirmed requirements or contact support before purchasing for an uncertain configuration.

To confirm before publication: Validate Windows versions, architecture, memory and graphics requirements. A working development laptop is not a tested minimum specification. No trial is promised here.

6. Refunds and mandatory rights

The Refund Policy offers a full-refund request window of 7 calendar days, including after installation or use. Initial and renewal refunds have different effects on entitlements. This voluntary policy does not restrict mandatory consumer remedies or Lemon Squeezy obligations. Installation alone is not presented as a waiver of statutory rights.

7. Content and intellectual property

Website material and supplied designs may be protected. Public display of a preview does not itself grant redistribution rights. Authorized software and design rights are addressed in the license documents.

To confirm before publication: Verify rights to display customer photographs, projects, videos and designs, and approve any additional website-content reuse terms.

8. Availability and responsibility

Information can change or contain errors; confirm material purchase details before checkout. Nothing here excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To confirm before publication: Have liability provisions, service commitments and correction processes reviewed. Do not reserve unrestricted power to remove purchased perpetual rights.
